DFYBots ("DFYBots," "we," "us") is a done-for-you AI bot and agent setup service operated by OmniHive AI. This policy explains what personal information we collect through dfygrok.com and our services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone number, business name, website, role, and answers to our questionnaire about your business, tools, and goals.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited details (name, billing email, last four digits, card brand, transaction status). We do not store full card numbers.
Service information: details and access you provide so we can build your bots (for example, account settings, workflow preferences, or integrations you choose to connect). We access only what is needed to deliver the service.
Communications: emails, messages, and call notes when you contact us.
Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and ad-click identifiers, collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

2. How we use information

To provide, build, support, and improve our services and support plans.
To process payments, send receipts, confirmations, and service updates.
To respond to questions and schedule calls.

3. How we share information

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Cookies and the X pixel

We use cookies and the X (Twitter) advertising pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure whether our ads on X lead to sign-ups or purchases. The pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, pages visited, and actions taken (such as submitting a form or completing a purchase). X may use this information as described in its privacy policy, including for ad personalization. This may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws.
