Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dfygrok.com and the services provided by DFYBots, a service of OmniHive AI ("DFYBots," "we," "us"). By submitting a form, making a payment, or using our services, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. Services

DFYBots provides done-for-you setup of AI bots, assistants, and automated workflows ("Build") for businesses, plus optional ongoing support plans and paid add-ons. The specific scope of your Build is based on your questionnaire, onboarding call, and the package you purchase.

2. Scope and delivery

The one-time Setup ($495) covers the Build described on our site at the time of purchase. Target delivery is about 3 business days after we receive your completed questionnaire and any required access. Delays in providing information or access extend the timeline.
Requests outside the agreed scope (new bots, extra workflows, custom integrations) are add-ons and will be quoted before any work begins.
After delivery, you have 7 days to request reasonable revisions within the original scope.

3. Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and due in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe and may appear on your statement as "OMNIHIVE AI." You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Third-party costs (for example, AI platform subscriptions, X Premium, software licenses, or usage fees) are not included unless stated and are paid by you directly to those providers.

4. Refunds

Before your Build starts: full refund on request.
After your Build has started: setup fees are non-refundable because work has been performed, but we will work with you to complete the agreed scope.
If we fail to deliver the agreed scope within 30 days for reasons within our control, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.
Monthly support plan fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.

5. Support plans and cancellation

Optional monthly plans: Care ($99/mo), Growth ($149/mo), and Pro ($499/mo), with the inclusions described on our site at signup.
Plans renew automatically each month on your billing date until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no cancellation fees.
Unused monthly inclusions (for example, a new workflow per month) do not roll over. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Client responsibilities

Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and the access needed to complete your Build.
Keep your account credentials secure and change passwords after the Build if you wish.
Review and approve bot outputs and any messages sent on your behalf. You are responsible for how you use your bots, including compliance with laws on marketing, messaging, privacy, and professional advertising rules that apply to your business.
Not use our services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or spam purposes.

7. Third-party platforms

Your Build runs on third-party platforms such as Grok, X, and other AI or software tools. Those accounts belong to you and are governed by those providers' own terms and pricing. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their outages, feature changes, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions, or AI output errors. If a platform change breaks a workflow, fixes are covered under an active support plan or quoted separately.

DFYBots is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI or X Corp. "Grok" and "X" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

8. No guarantees

AI tools can produce inaccurate or incomplete output. We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, time savings, leads, or that bots will be error-free or uninterrupted. Examples and figures on our site are illustrative. Services are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFYBots and OmniHive AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify DFYBots and OmniHive AI against claims arising from your use of the Build, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the configurations, prompts, and content created specifically for your Build. We retain ownership of our pre-existing templates, methods, know-how, and general tools, and grant you a non-exclusive license to use them as part of your Build. We may describe the general type of work we did for you in our marketing without disclosing your confidential information, unless you ask us not to.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your business information and credentials confidential and use them only to deliver the services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the services unlawfully. Sections that by nature should survive (payment, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days by contacting the other in writing.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted here with its effective date applies to new purchases. Material changes to active support plans will be emailed to you at least 30 days in advance.
